Join our EU Green Week Partner Event: Rethinking Value Chains for a European Nature-Positive Economy

How can Europe unlock the potential of underutilised resources and accelerate the transition to a circular, climate-neutral, and nature-positive economy?

Join us for “Rethinking Value Chains for European Nature-Positive Economy”, a webinar organised by ACR+ and the CSSBoost project as a partner event of EU Green Week 2026.

Across Europe, resources such as agricultural residues, wastewater, plastics, bio-waste, and end-of-life materials remain largely underexploited despite their potential to support industrial symbiosis, circular value chains, and resource efficiency. At the same time, scaling up circular systemic solutions requires the right mix of innovation, business models, skills, public procurement, and regional strategies.

The webinar will bring together experts, project representatives, and regional authorities to explore how circular solutions can become mainstream and contribute to Europe’s resilience, competitiveness, and sustainability goals.

The programme will feature three thematic sessions:

  • CCRI Projects Showing the Way – showcasing innovative circular solutions and value chains developed across Europe.
  • Drivers for the Uptake of Circular Systemic Solutions – exploring business models, green public procurement, and regional innovation approaches that support circular transition.
  • Regions on the Frontline – highlighting experiences and lessons learned from regions implementing circular economy strategies in practice.

Whether you are a policymaker, researcher, practitioner, or stakeholder working on the circular economy and regional development, this event offers valuable insights and opportunities for exchange.
