A few days ago, the REGION OF CRETE, in collaboration with ΔΑΟΚ and the President of ΓΕΩΤΕΕ, organised a dedicated workshop for the second value chain of the CSSBoost project. The session gathered key stakeholders and the pilot team for an open discussion on the valorisation of agricultural by-products for the improvement of soil health and the quality of the cultivated vegetables. As the project coordinator, George Arampatzis actively steered the conversation, presenting the project, its objectives, and its holistic field-to-market approach.
