On 9 October, practitioners and experts advancing bankable circular economy projects met in Brussels to reflect on the financial viability and sustainability of circular economy investment projects.
CSSBoost was one of them! Our fellow CCRI-PDA project DECISO project invited us to contribute to its annual event “Cities and regions investing in circular solutions: from idea to practice”. We shared our experience and insights during a participatory session on project development assistance for the circular economy.
The agenda included other interesting sessions for cities and regions willing to move forward with circularity in water, biomass revalorization, agrifood business models, and creating adequate financing schemes.
We were joined by international projects developing advisory and technical assistance services for circular economy projects, exchanging experiences, challenges, and solutions. The aim? To support circular economy investment projects at local and regional levels.
