A few days ago, the REGION OF CRETE<\/a>, in collaboration with \u0394\u0391\u039f\u039a and the President of \u0393\u0395\u03a9\u03a4\u0395\u0395, organised a dedicated workshop for the second value chain of the CSSBoost project. The session gathered key stakeholders and the pilot team for an open discussion on the valorisation of agricultural by-products for the improvement of soil health and the quality of the cultivated vegetables.
